5. Selection interviews – presentation of the shortlist

  • Direct interviews at the client’s company, with the participation of both the recruiter and the client.

  • Joint evaluation at the end of the day to select the candidate most suitable for the role.

6. Post-placement support (3 months)

  • Active follow-up after hiring during the first three months, the probation period.

  • Monthly meetings to monitor integration, share feedback, and provide the assessment report to the selected candidate.

  • Proactive support for both the candidate and the company to optimize onboarding and performance in the new role.
