January is the month of departure, but also of planning and projects for the new year.

The most important asset in companies is the people who make them up, and it is important and fundamental that they express their potential to the fullest, so that together with the Management, they can achieve the set results and objectives.

Human resources management is a job that requires time, energy, but above all structure, just like all other functions in the company, and to do this, we need tools that can help us "objectify" the evaluation of our own and our collaborators' skills.

In the Workshop that I have designed for you in a free format, we will talk about the Lares DISC Assessment, which analyzes the behavioral style of the person based on their role in the company, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.

In the Workshop, regardless of Lares DISC, we will discuss how a person's behavior impacts performance, which behavior styles are most suitable for certain types of tasks, and what are the motivational triggers based on one's behavior style.
