Lares was born with the need to be able to offer concrete support to companies in the field of business, organisational and human resources consultancy through the use of skills acquired over the years in different sectors and in different realities, both in terms of business and number of employees.

About us

We are a company formed by professionals in the fields of business, sales and human resources with the primary objective of being able to help client companies grow by enhancing their existing potential as well as developing new opportunities alongside them.

We want to become a point of reference for the area by also being able to follow projects of an international nature with the aim of transferring best practices acquired from sector to sector. We want to be a point of reference for entrepreneurs and employees of client companies so that they can achieve their professional and personal goals by helping to bring out existing potential and strengthening it with the help of analysis tools and entrepreneurial training.

Our values are the lighthouse that guides our mission and vision, but also that of our customers, whom we try to follow by conveying ethics, honesty, the ability to take responsibility and always maintaining a positive approach to difficult situations that may be encountered.

Pamela D’Ambrosio 

After completing her studies Pamela approached the world of work with a first important experience for a multinational company based in Canton Ticino initially as Sales. After a short time she was asked to take charge of a team of ten telephone salespeople, reaching the objectives set with the management and then, over the course of about 8 years, developing the skills acquired in various company areas such as: development of sales strategies with the marketing area, training of salespeople in the foreign offices, team management, management of company social networks, development of customer care strategies and management of the sales back office. 

In 2017, after a training and certification course, Pamela, changed sectors and approached the world of Human Resources for another Ticino-based company, supporting companies in personnel recruitment and selection, assessment, training courses, marketing and development consultancy, and sales network management.

In 2021, he specialised until 2023 with another Ticino company in the fields of HR, training and assessment, consolidating skills and acquiring additional ones alongside clients and people. 

Since 2019, he has been an active member of BNI Switzerland, initially in the Ticinese Momo’ group in Chiasso, then taking on the project of founding the first online Chapter in the whole of Switzerland, namely SmarTicino, where he has held the position of Chapter Director since 2021. From 2021, he also takes on the role of Director Support Partner for the Three Castles Chapter in Bellinzona as well as BNI Trainer.

“What does success mean to you and why? 

Perhaps I should answer that success is the ratio of effort to achievement in terms of money and popularity, but that is not really my view. For me, the greatest success today is ‘being a good person’. In business and in life one sometimes finds oneself in particular situations, where one has to make choices that are sometimes comfortable, sometimes unpopular, but the parameters by which I decide are always ethics and honesty. There is never real success to the detriment of something and/or someone, so for me real success, especially for the job I do, is to help others succeed. It sounds utopian and perhaps too romantic, but I have learnt from my experiences, and above all from my mistakes, that there is no other way to be recognised as a woman and as a professional.”

Oreste Pozzoli

After completing his studies and developing expertise in the field of management engineering, Oreste Pozzoli dedicated himself to the Production Management of his family’s company for a few years, acquiring skills in organisation, production processes and logistics.

In 2011, he began his entrepreneurial experience in Switzerland, in the canton of Ticino, where he created his first company T.T.S Ticino Truck Service Sa based in Mezzovico, initially dedicated to the marketing of heavy vehicle spare parts to local transport companies.

Over the years, T.T.S Ticino Truck Service has grown, establishing itself more and more in the area and expanding its range of products such as accessories, batteries, vehicle cleaning products and Adblue, to the point of supplying spare parts for any type of vehicle.

Today the company is positioned and recognised by the local market as a benchmark for businesses and garages, constantly raising the level of service quality and customer proximity that has always distinguished it.

In 2016, Oreste set up his second company OFP Commerce Sagl, which was established following an exclusive agreement with BlueBird Industries to import products for the entire country.

Bluebird Industries is an established company in the field of agriculture and forestry, but started out as a manufacturer of brushcutters and trimmers with their own engine design. Today, Bluebird is recognised as a company for the sale of agricultural machinery, and with its wide range of products it is able to meet the needs of both private and professional customers.

In 2023, Oreste created Pozzoli Holding SA and later Lares Sagl together with Pamela D’Ambrosio, born out of a desire to blaze new trails and diversify their business internationally.

Today, Oreste is an established entrepreneur in the business field and at Lares he offers his valuable know-how for strategic and financial as well as business consulting, both locally and especially in internationalisation projects.
